What customers say?

“ Such a cute space with seating in the back area and a cute outdoor space as well! The cocktails were delicious! ”

“ Went to Orchard townhouse on a Monday with my bestie she got a glass of cab sauv and I got chamomile fields, which I loved. For appetizer we got the prosciutto & stracciatella, which was fantastic! Lastly, we split the burger and the kale Caesar. They were nothing to write home about but good nonetheless. I loved the vibe in this place it was cozy and intimate. I will say my only complaint is we felt a little rush towards the end and that surprised us since the place was no where near closing nor was it busy. ”

“ Really really awesome spot. In all honesty, no regrets. The seasonal crepe was creamy and on point. the coffee and drinks left nothing to wish for and the veggie french dip was delicious. Would definitely recommend this place for good hangs; music was at a good level, attention was great and overall vibe on point for chill situations. Only been here for brunch but the dinner menu is probably wonderful. Please don’t take this review for granted and keep up the great work. The city needs more spots like this one. ”

“ This place was a fantastic little lunch find! 3 of us shared the kale salad with breaded chicken and the prosciutto dish, and it was perfect. The orange wine was refreshing and crisp in the perfect glasses. The inside decor is cute and calming. Would recommend for a lunch stop along your High Line walk! ”

“ I had a late Saturday brunch here -- first time visiting this establishment. Was bit hungry so ordered both my usual avocado toast but also a salad. I was very satisfied with the avocado toast. Probably my top 2 in Manhattan so far -- the toast was a little more on the crunchy side, which I like, and the avocado was nicely seasoned. Unique. Just the right combination of salty and herby and creamy, etc. For that I give 5 stars. The baby wedge salad was good, 4 stars on its own. ”

“ This was our 2nd time at Orchard. My friend group has been meeting in NYC for annual weekends for years. We stumbled across the place the first weekend of December in 2024; we loved our meal and the entire dining experience so much that it was a no-brainer we'd go back again. We had brunch on the first Saturday of December (2025). There were 8 of us; Leslie had handled our reservation. She was very responsive with email and our plans were easily made and confirmed. On the actual day (Saturday Dec 6th at 1pm) we were seated quickly in the dining room. Jonathan was our server. Everything that had brought us back to the place for a 2nd time was confirmed as the reasons we'll go back next year. The food is fantastic. The cocktail menu is out of this world, with all of the offerings being original to the Townhouse. Between the 8 of us we probably tried 5-6 different cocktails and there wasn't a "meh" choice in the bunch. A lot of interesting combinations of flavors, some of which were perfect for brunch and not just another mimosa. Jonathan was ON IT; attentive and super friendly. He was supported by an excellent team of runners, assistant staff, etc; coffee and water refills were quick without asking, plates were cleared with equal efficiency, and you get the sense everyone in the place genuinely enjoys working there. The service is impeccable without being intrusive. We have to give a shout out to the kitchen and bartenders for the food and drinks. I guess the highest compliment I can give is: this is a reunion that the 8 of us have annually, and the staff really made it such a pleasant experience in that we were fully able to enjoy one another's company in part because the staff ensured the food and beverage and service parts were executed so easily and seamlessly. Of the 8 of us in our party, we'd all had experience in the restaurant and/or retail industry, so we were particularly appreciative at how effortlessly the staff made the meal a highlight of our weekend (again). This is now one of my NYC go-tos that I recommend friends to. You should go too. ”
